Visual Studio 2010 - Publishing to an FTP Site

To make life easy for myself I decided to use the Visual Studio 2010 Publish Web feature.  Seeing as I had never done this, aside from reading through my copy of ASP.NET 4 Unleashed and MCTS 70-515 Training Kit, I found these these links:

After configuring my site (making sure I used Passive Mode) and pushed my files to the site, everything worked well.  The biggest thing with GoDaddy is to remember that the FTP user is different from the regular credentials to get into your account.
